Hq Wok in Prien am Chiemsee

Newly opened for 3 days, modern style, great service, great yet inexpensive food, preparation of course fresh and super fast. The integrated Asia shop with a very large selection of interesting products is also great. Definitely test it!

Was there today at the stated opening time (the one stated on the Internet and the one at the door, the same time). Unfortunately the shop was closed. I also tried to call whether there was an announcement on the tape. Unfortunately nothing. Disappointing.

The sushi is good, but what good does it do if people don't stick to their own opening hours and the phone is never busy. Out of 100 calls, 1 goes through. I don't want to play the lotto here, I want to order food.

The store is open "open from Nov 2019", Google Maps shows "open." In fact, I was standing in front of closed doors in Dec today.

After the Schiller Chiemsee disaster we went to HQ Wok House today. We drove with the Chiemsee Bahn from Prien / Stock to the Prien station and then went to the very nearby restaurant. It was like day and night for us. Friendly reception, extremely polite. Drinks were quick at the table. Only 15 minutes waiting for the food. A dream of taste, amazingly good.

We ordered food and only got half of the order. We then called the restaurant and wanted to complain about our order, unfortunately this was not possible because the man on the phone did not understand us due to his poor knowledge of German. I couldn't talk to anyone on the phone because they spoke incomprehensibly, anything but German. I'm really disappointed, I didn't even get half of my order and after the complaint there was also no understanding on the part of the operator. Unfortunately, I can't say more than bad ...

We were here in the evening, there was hardly anything going on, but we still had to wait a long time to be able to order. It also took more than 40 minutes to prepare the dishes. The sushi was good though. If you're around anyway and you're hungry, it's not worth a short drive.
